Ordered a Fitbit through OnBuy and the item was faulty. Through the website I was able to contact the seller, Extreme Mobile Ltd, whose customer service was second to none. I have been sent a replacement and they dealt with the issue very promptly. I've ordered items from OnBuy in the past and have been happy with my purchases and prompt delivery.
