“Thought this was a dodgy site at first, i use Gillette blades, came across the site, although theres blades that are cheap, and some reviews are bad, or it says compatible which you have to wary of
I notoced eight blades of gillette, reviews were good, buta that price surely not. Took the chance, ordered.
They arrived, legit, my first shave, was true Gillette.
A week later i noticed eleven blades no way i thought i paid nearly double that price previously in boots. Ordered arrived today. Again legit.

“I’ve used the company before with no problems. However this time I received an obvious fake. I asked for a refund or replacement. They eventually just ignored my messages. Their customer service is abysmal. All I can say is PRAY nothing goes wrong as they will not help. I am currently pursuing a ‘chargeback’ with my payment card. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME. It’s just not worth the hassle.”

“This company's after sales service is awful. I had to contact the seller as my item stopped working. I had to pay postage to return it to seller then money to have it repaired. Onbuy did not want to know. All they said time and time again after my complaint was that we see you have been in touch with the seller and the matter is resolved. It definitely was not. They never once addressed my problem and never refunded my out of pocket expenses even though the item was covered by a 180 day guranteee. Avoid this company.”

As onbuy is a marketplace just like Amazon or eBay I think the adage of buyer beware should guide any purchase that seems very cheap. Maybe onbuy should implement a more robust system of vetting their sellers if the negative reviews are true.”
