I was lucky and managed to get a refund, but there wasn't any help from Onbuy.”

I bought a pair of beats from a seller however the lead time was ridiculous therefore cancelled straight away.
The seller sent the beats anyway.
When I tried to message seller to send back as ONBUY claim you can do they ignored message
Onbuy emailed seller once giving them 24hrs to respond
This was ignored! and ON BUY did not follow up
ON BUY then DELETED the message! Luckily I had screenshotted it
ON BUY still are ignoring messages and you cannot contact them by phone or email

No update or repayment from many attempts via customer report and now in an unbreakable online circle of my complaint being marked as closed. It clearly is not but I cannot email without an automatic response directing me back to my account, which then says the complaint is closed. How can one make a claim through the promoted Onbuy Protection Scheme.”

“A very poor mans eBay with absolutely no customer service or vetting of sellers. Purchased an item which was faulty within a matter of months. Seller would not assist as obviously overseas with little care for UK law and when escalated to OnBuy customer services, couldn't be bothered to even respond. Absolutely dreadful. Stick to a professional company like eBay rather than these awful pretenders.”
