I have used onbuy on four occasions now with no issues. I have seen that there are many negative reviews but my experience has been good.
As onbuy is a marketplace just like Amazon or eBay I think the adage of buyer beware should guide any purchase that seems very cheap. Maybe onbuy should implement a more robust system of vetting their sellers if the negative reviews are true.
