This company's after sales service is awful. I had to contact the seller as my item stopped working. I had to pay postage to return it to seller then money to have it repaired. Onbuy did not want to know. All they said time and time again after my complaint was that we see you have been in touch with the seller and the matter is resolved. It definitely was not. They never once addressed my problem and never refunded my out of pocket expenses even though the item was covered by a 180 day guranteee. Avoid this company.
