Disgusting customer service: bought an apparent brand new ipad . Was damaged when arrived ; was told by the seller to keep as it will still function . Customer service is a waste of time: all they say is will get a reply from seller in 24 hours . Issue reported 5 weeks ago and still no refund , avoid at all costs
