Don’t know where to start! I ordered a tablet for my grandson the wrong arrived i contacted them the said will reduce price if I keep it said lots if messaged saying that I ordered it. Went to the post office to send it back with there postage leaflet that I downloaded now they are making demands about thus that and the other they also says to return will knock £5.00 of the refund whst a joke this company i will never use these again I want to make an official complaint
