I’ve used the company before with no problems. However this time I received an obvious fake. I asked for a refund or replacement. They eventually just ignored my messages. Their customer service is abysmal. All I can say is PRAY nothing goes wrong as they will not help. I am currently pursuing a ‘chargeback’ with my payment card. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME. It’s just not worth the hassle.
