Ordered a perfume for my partner which was due to be delivered my fed ex.the driver left the package outside my workplace and falsely signed the delivery note. Even after supplying evidence that my workplace was closed and text messages I received from the FedEx driver stating "the business was closed so ge left it outside", onbuy said its not our problem and have refused to help remedy the matter. They referred me to FedEx and I can't get in contact with anyone there. This was s Christmas present and I am now £70+ out of pocket. I would avoid them at all costs, I used them as it was for a discontinued perfume and this was one of the only places I could find it at a reasonable price.
