I bought a pair of "Sony WF-C700N Wireless Headphones" from OnBuy. They were a good price and WhatHi-Fi gave these headphones a glowing review, and I've gone by their reviews before and have never been let down. The headphone took ages to arrive which wasn't a big issue, but bear in mind if you're in a hurry for whatever item you're thinking of purchasing. My issue is the item itself. I strongly suspect it to be counterfeit due to the poor sound quality. I contacted Onbuy for a refund and they offered me 10% discount on my purchase to keep them. I said no, they're unusable due to the poor sound quality, so they offered me 15% discount which I also refused. They then asked to send send photo evidence........of the poor sound quality!?!?! This company is a joke and I wished I'd bought these direct from Sony and paid the difference. AVOID THIS SELLER!
