Order set of children's books, was advised of a delivery date. Items didn't arrive within the timeframe. Requested a refund. OnBuy refused to help, told me to contact the seller - seller refused refund due to items already being shipped. OnBuy refusing to address the issue or sort out a refund. Appalling.
Website claim 'transparency and fairness' - absolute balderdash. May contact Trading standards or ASA!
