Hi just to let you know that dealing with you guys has been absolutely rubbish.
First your product was faulty, then the replacement came and I was promised 10% refund which has been avoided and still not paid. Today I have waited all morning for then to collect only to be told by them that the driver was not advised how big the package was. I am going to put a review today online of how rubbish your service has been overall and avoid people falling into your trap.
