It’s a scam. Fake electrical goods that when you challenge you have to go through the seller (not onbuy) to refund and they never respond.
If you’re really committed to buying here (I wouldn’t recommend it) - do it through a PayPal account so you can use them to get a refund if needed.
Absolutely shocking practice and I’m amazed this company have funding. How they have such high ratings is also beyond me - they must pay for them.
