Never sent me an OTP number which is required to receive a delivery through amazon.
5 amazon workers have turned up at my door trying to give me the package but because I don't have the number they can't give it to me. They are wasting everyone's time, I feel really bad for the delivery drivers who arn't on much money and have said they get penalized for packages sent back.
