Terrible service. I ordered a present at the beginning of December to arrive mid December. I still have not received it and requested a refund as it wasn't (and hasn't) going to arrive for Christmas. They have made up some rubbish about contacting the logistics company and kept telling me it was on the way, however the tracking still says it is with the sender. They are refusing to give me a refund.
