Bought 2 bottles of shampoo as it was being discontinued. Advert showed 1 liter bottles, bottles were actually 300ml! Messaged them about this and they were rude, refused to refund and when they did offer a refund (for only one of the bottles) they wanted me to pay the shipping back to Rome!
