Bought item, tracking never updated until Yodel claimed to have delivered BUT they didn't. I have proof from Yodel that they didn't and yet I cannot get a refund, WHY NOT?
If you act on behalf of sellers you too have a responsibility to ensure that the sellers you represent are ethical and provide an honourable service and provide a refund when goods don't arrive
THE SELLER STILL INSISTS I HAVE TO FIND A LOST PARCEL - WHY?
Yodel have told me it wasn't delivered, they don't know where it is, why can't I get a refund?
