Have placed two orders with different sellers. The first one goods damaged and communication and refund has been difficult. Second order cancelled after payment as item out of stock and no response to communication and no refund. This is not good and there seems to be nothing for onbuy to intervene and help resolve. Once these issues are sorted I will not be using onbuy again.
