I bought two king-size duvet covers on the Onbuy website. When the duvet covers arrived, they were way too big to fit my duvet – not a UK king-size! I contacted the seller, but received no reply, so contacted Onbuy. They said that the seller does not sell on their site anymore, despite only buying the items a few weeks earlier? They said that I have to contact PayPal to sort out the problem. Unfortunately, PayPal have been unable to help, Onbuy will NOT help and I cannot contact the seller, so I have lost £80! I thought that eBay were bad, but Onbuy are even worse. I will not buy from either of them again!
