My item was never delivered!!! Seller would not respond. Tried to get help from customer services. The first agent tried sending a message to seller but again no respond. Second agent said it’s my responsibility to contact PayPal / bank to get a refund.
I will NEVER recommend anyone using OnBuy. It was one simple purchase that’s caused me so much inconvenience!!!
