If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered air pods for a birthday present. They seem to have got lost in the post. despite repeated attempts to get either a replacement or refund I just get passed around.between so called customer service and the seller. On buy seem to take no responsibility for the sale and my guess is that the seller is foreign and doesn’t care about their obligations under Uk law. It’s massively frustrating dealing with them. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
