Bought a multi tool off this website. It’s fault and the supplier won’t reply to emails and having looked further into it found the suppliers address is a takeaway shop in Edinburgh. Clearly a fly by night scam. OnBuy have not vetted this supplier and just took their commission and are now doing nothing to help. I have sent the details to Bournemouth trading standards as they are supposed to be located there. I tried to find their number but it’s not anywhere to be found on the internet.
