I purchased a set of step ladders from one buy and they sent me two pieces of metal shelving! It was my first and last purchase from them so at least they got their name right! It was and will only ever be one buy!!! I would have given 0 stars but it doesn't allow that option. Sorry one buy from an extremely disappointed and dissatisfied customer. Luckily the step ladders cost under £40 so its a small loss but a bigger loss to one buy as I intended making several other purchases but now I sadly cannot take that risk.
