Wrong item sent (wrong colour). Vendor ignored us, Onbuy took our money and pointed us towards PayPal for a resolution (???!!!)
Sent them photos of the item. They ignored them. Asked for PR department. They ignored us. They (or at least delay response by days….) any pint you make.
Despite having booties of our item they just (….eventually) sided with the vendor and reckons the brown sofa was grey and the at their hands are tied …and that we should go to PayPal again.
See how much money they’re making…..then compare this “style” of customer care to Amazon.
