Sent faulty copy airpods, can't return as the seller is no longer trading, I paid by credit card, yet told over and over to claim through PayPal as a guest, but yet I didn't have a confirmation email with the reference number you need to do this. I've left reviews on trustpilot and onbuy leave wonderful supportive reliplies and do absolutely nothing to help. I have now made a claim through my credit card company. I will leave a complaint on trustpilot every day until I get my money back and I can then order ipods for my daughter as she still hasn't had her birthday present
