I have purchased a pair of over ear Sennheiser headphones and they are incredibly unconfortable to wear. They hurt your ears after using them for more than 30 minutes. The main purpose of over ear headphones is to be comfortable to wear as the headphones don't touch your ear and they rest on your head. These ones have been badly design and don't fit this purpose. The seller is refusing to give me a refund as according to them most customers who buy these headphones don't have this problem, admiting that there are customers who indeed have this problem. First time I bought something here and if this is not resolve favorably for me, last one.
