I have been attempting to chase an undelivered order through your instructions on screen, Everything I try redirects me to open an account before I can proceed. This always leads me to nowhere or nothing to be able to sign in. I can't help but think that this is a deliberate ploy to stimy my efforts to proceed any further. Can anyone help me to get in contact before I inform Trading Standards?
