I have bought many products from OnBuy without problems but the last product I bought never arrived so I logged on to OnBuy to make a claim. As instructed I contacted the seller but got no reply. I was led to a chatbot which proved useless, but I noticed it suggested I contacted their 'Customer care team'. There was no way I was able to reach the 'Customer care team' all that happened was I was shunted back to the chat bot. Most of the products I have bought on OnBuy have been good value and all have arrived -- until now. When you buy on OnBuy and it does not arrive you will have lost out, all the propaganda about support just does not exist
