I would prefer to rate them lower - the worst company I have ever dealt with - keep your money and steer clear! Don't buy anything from this company. I ordered frames. They sent frames that are bigger than ordered. I have them ready and packaged for return and have asked them for a refund. They have a standard message which they send over and over again and will spam you inbox. Whatever you say to them, if you send them what they ask for all you will get is this standard message from their suppliers and when OnBuy step in they will say, oh we notice our seller is messaging you. It is ONE BIG SCAM. the standard message: Hi, Respected Buyer, You do not need to return the item, Please can you share the picture of frame with internal measurement, In case of any further issues, you can freely contact us back, We are always here to help you Thanks & Regards WHAT A JOKE THAT IS!
