As with other reviews I've now seen, ordered and paid for goods, of which only a third arrived. Can't find the name of the actual seller, have contacted customer service at Onbuy 4 times now, and as with another reviewer they are ignoring me now.
I have also sent a hand written letter to the CEO, so I'll see if he responds. It was something of an investigation to even find him, couldn't find the company on Companies House, had to just keep searching for an address.
Will now report the company to Trading Standards.
