Would not recommend or purchase from again. I purchased a steam iron in February 2023 which was delivered promptly and I was happy with. Unfortunately in November 2023 the iron stopped producing steam. I reported this to OnBuy who then sent a pre-paid label for me to return it. Unfortunately after driving a 16 mile round trip to drop the package off the label didn’t work. They produced and sent a replacement label which I sent off. The iron was received by OnBuy 6 days after the warranty expired on the device and they refused to help with diagnosing the issue even though the issue was reported within the warranty period. When asking whether I could speak to someone about the issue to try and resolve it, no one replied to my message. I have requested contact information over 6 times to relay my complaint and they haven’t responded or if I have had a response, they just have directed me to the manufacturer. Extremely frustrating! I appreciate they may not be able to support but when a simple request of speaking to someone is not even acknowledged it is in my opinion considered rude. When you work long hours you just need a company who can treat you like a human to help resolve the issue! Will never use again.
