I received the wrong product. Ordered 30ml Medik8 C Tetra Luxe, but they sent the cheaper product 30ml Medic8 C Tetra. I tried to contact them many times by email but the message came back as request failed security, so I've resorted to sending them a letter!!! Just wish they could be contacted by telephone. So frustrating and disappointing.
