Bought 2 duvets but they are covered in tea bag matter which I explicitly did not want and was stated nowhere on the seller’s description. The covering is harsh and ugly, and these duvets are awful. They want me to pay to return them, despite clearly stating returns are free; I feel swindled and stressed; £23 down the drain
