Bought an electric kettle through yourselves, after 3 months use the lid snapped off.Contacted you, and was told to send it back to a shop in Glasgow. Sent it back with their return label and never heard another word, sent numerous e_mails, but no reply, even PayPal have given up.That is why I have given you one star, had their been a 0 you would have got that. In future I will shop at Amazon where they do not quibble on returns.
