Do not use this company. I purchased an elecric carving knife which does not work. Asked for a return label which did not come. I was asked to provide a video of it not working.
Then asked onbuy to step in who asked the same thing. This is breaching UK distance selling law.
I will now be asking the card company to step in and provide a refund.
