I spent £50 on dog food and a week later was told it was out for delivery. After two weeks I contacted them to say I had heard nothing. I was then told it was on it's way.
At 01:59 on 6 August I was told the delivery would be that day. It didn't arrive I contacted them and said my dog food had not arrived on 06 August. I was told it had been delivered on 05 August. It had not been delivered on that day but I did receive a £1.10 pack of coffee the day before (from an unknown company) which I hadn't ordered! I told them this and was told to send them photos of the coffee and the packaging it came in so they could investigate. I complained that, as a pensioner, I needed the dog food and couldn't they send some as a priority whilst they investigated. Within half an hour I discovered the £50 had been refunded to my account. No explanation, no apology. Nothing.
Having complained about their service they then apologised. How helpful!! I will never use them again. No wonder they're cheap, they clearly don't pay enough to employ people with an appropriate level of competence for the job.
