The product (a JBL speaker) arrived with a Chinese plug. The seller offered to send a UK adaptor. It never arrived and the seller now not responding to emails. Onbuy did not deal with my complaint, just directed to PayPal. PayPal investigated. They were sent tracking info from the seller showing the product was delivered (yes it has, with wrong plug!) and have now closed my case. So no luck there and still unable to charge my speaker! I will not be buying from Onbuy ever again.
