Placed a order 21 of December 2024.... we are 24 of January 2025 !!!! 25 business days..... 35 days total when the order was placed. Excuses from road closed, courier problems, warehouse etc...etc... They have no inventory that's obvious... they write on the website between 7 to 10 business days !!!! Well in my case it's pass overdue a long time ago !!!! I'm asking for a full refund..... no responses only crickets !!!! What I'm not okay with onduty imo they take the customers in hostage.... instead of writing or indicating the items are not in stock..... they make the transaction like they have it in stock !!!! I bought a couple of items in the past it wasn't as bad as long wait but manageable. And they use to give some % reductions on the initial price for the wait... they don't do that anymore..... wondering why !?!?!? Not a happy customer !!!
