“Placed a order 21 of December 2024.... we are 24 of January 2025 !!!! 25 business days..... 35 days total when the order was placed. Excuses from road closed, courier problems, warehouse etc...etc... They have no inventory that's obvious... they write on the website between 7 to 10 business days !!!! Well in my case it's pass overdue a long time ago !!!! I'm asking for a full refund..... no responses only crickets !!!! What I'm not okay with onduty imo they take the customers in hostage.... instead of writing or indicating the items are not in stock..... they make the transaction like they have it in stock !!!! I bought a couple of items in the past it wasn't as bad as long wait but manageable. And they use to give some % reductions on the initial price for the wait... they don't do that anymore..... wondering why !?!?!? Not a happy customer !!!”

“They are a good boot nice and light wish I had them when I was serving maybe my feet wouldn't have so many blisters after all those 15 klm battle tests but a bloody good boot. Cheers Wayne Burns”

“Quite reasonable service, parcel arrived in about a week. I bought a medium jacket and it was way too large, so I bought a small jacket of another brand which turned out to be a different cut and way too small. Given that the goods weren't faulty or not what I asked for, I couldnt exchange them for different sizes without paying for a heap of postage. I would never buy clothing gear online again.”

“Had an issue with a split sole within the warranty period. Contacted On Duty and in line with policy sent the boots to be assessed and was told ‘it wouldn’t be covered under warranty.’ When I contacted Garmont, they quickly looked at PICTURES of the boot and easily provided a replacement. Why couldn’t On Duty do the same? Clearly they didn’t even contact Garmont. Very disappointed and won’t use On Duty again.”

“Awesome company. Had to swap out the boots I’d bought due to a defect. They didn’t have the ones To swap like for like so they gave the the comp toe version at no extra charge.”
