There was some good information given within the course, however, I thought that the course would be more interactive providing you with exercises to try.
I also was very disappointed to learn at the end of the course that you would need to purchase your certificate.
It did give some good tips. Although the trainer tried to entice you into purchasing his other course, which may have been more beneficial if you were able to access this directly from the effective communication course.
