I had purchased a course through wowcher but had misplaced the code and anything else I needed to access the course. It had taken me two months after purchase to clear enough personal space to even start so I was already a bit anxious about this as I thought it might have all expired (silly I know). One Education sorted this out for me within a minute via the Livechat, sending an email with a link and login so I could start. I'm super grateful for that as it would've put me off starting and could have become something else I started and didn't finish. Many thanks to One Education and their Livechat.
