I undertook the learn the art of massage course (level 1). It was a very good introduction to massage, taking you from the introduction of the art to your clients to the various types of techniques that you will be using. It does not delve in-depth nor does it it teach you advanced techniques, but you wouldn't expect that from a level 1 course. Overall very good value for the level, and it gives you enough starting knowledge to start using the art.
