Not the first time I bough ‘an expensive’ course. Help desk isn’t so helpful - standard excuses.
In general I’m not so happy with the process - very unreasonably slowly with lack of co-operation and motivation. It seams to me that you need constantly to push them to work otherwise they will just do nothing except ignorance. Really upsetting. I think they have lost my loyalty and trust.
So, my personal experience isn’t good as I hoped. I expected at least normal service and interest to keep me as a client.
