Although I could not continue with the functional skills maths course due to not understanding the tutor clearly and the pace being very fast. One education gave an instant refund and apologetic e mail. They also offered me another course free of charge and said they would follow up my concerns for future learners. I have now enrolled on the counselling course and think i will enjoy this. I have to say, One Education gave good customers service throughout.
