At this point I am rather really annoyed. It has been 4 weeks now since completing my 120hrs TEFL (TESOL) Masterclass course, emailed to find out what's happening with the results and how to get my certificate. Was sent information how to purchase it. The receipt says certificate turn around time is 24hrs. It's well past 24 hrs and I am still waiting....... I am not impressed.
