Paid for express shipping but didn’t receive my package for 2 weeks, something must’ve went wrong with the couriers but I did email letting them know. They got back to me pretty fast, sent out a replacement gift and even refunded me my express shipping. Despite being 2 weeks late, they jumped straight on it and resolved the issue!
