Hi Jemima, thanks for your review. I can see from your tracking number that a delivery attempt was made 2 weeks ago and the package has been awaiting collection since then. Your tracking number was emailed to you when the order was shipped but it seems you've not checked it. Your delivery address is in NZ and the delivery attempt was 1 week after it was sent from our office in Brisbane which is a very fast delivery for international shipping.
Please contact your local post office to collect the item. If the gift is returned to us we will send it back to you with express post free of charge. If your package is lost at any point we will also replace it free of charge.
For issues like this it's always best to email us directly as soon as you think there might be an issue so we resolve it for you.
