We’re very sorry for the delay with your order — we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. Your order was shipped on time, but unfortunately Australia Post mistakenly routed the package via Darwin, which caused the delay.
As soon as we became aware, we refunded your shipping charge and apologised directly. While postal errors are outside of our control, we always do our best to make things right for our customers.

We’re so pleased to hear you love our products, and we’d like to clarify the delivery concerns you mentioned. One order was declined at the address provided, and another was sent to a hospital — which we strongly advise against, as deliveries there can be unpredictable. In that case, the parcel was delivered successfully the very next day.
All of our orders are shipped on time. One package was returned to us, and we reached out by email to confirm an alternative delivery address, but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. That order was fully refunded for you.

Hi Tricia, thanks for your review. Your order was placed on a Thursday, sent the next day (Friday) and delivered to on the Monday to your local post office. So that is two business days from making the order to it being delivered and it was also sent with standard shipping. Please urgently contact your local post office and collect the package. If you don't collect it, then it will be returned to us. If this happens we will send it back to you with express post.
Sometimes Australia Post decides it's not safe to leave a package so they will take it to the local post office. It's always important to check your tracking numbers if package doesn't arrive in a few days as you can expect orders from One Little Day to arrive very quickly.

“I am very disappointed with the quality of your product. After washing the romper and blanket in water before use, the blanket started shedding lint, which stuck to the romper. Even shaking the blanket causes it to shed more lint. For the price, the quality is unacceptable, and better blankets can be found in regular stores. I will not recommend your products to my friends and family.”
Hi Sandeep, we have tried to contact you directly to resolve this but you haven't replied. We also don't have any emails regarding this issue. If there is an issue with the embroidery then we will replace the items for you free of charge. If you could please contact us directly with details of the issue.

Hi Mariam, thanks for your review. The blanket you received has been embroidered perfectly in the font you selected with the name you entered. Our website and our communication has been very clear. It's unfortunate that you're unable to understand the information that we've given to you.
Even though your response to our emails is irrational we are willing to refund the blanket for you as already explained to you. All our customers have the right to return items (even when they are exactly as ordered) for a full refund.
