Last Christmas was my second purchase from One Little Day. Apart from the excellent quality of the goods purchased, I found the customer service to be 5 stars. I had ordered 2 items. Unfortunately one of the items I selected in correctly for a girl rather than a boy. I emailed One Little Day to find out if the error was on their side. They reminded me that the item I had chosen was for a girl and not a boy, however they very kindly replaced the item I had purchased to one for my little grandson - AT NO EXTRA COST !! This sort of customer service and empathy is not often found in the retail world. They did not want my grandson to miss out on a Christmas present and I am so grateful to them for their kindness. CUSTOMER SERVICE PAR EXCELLENCE - 5 STARS !!!
