Bob Schroder was my enrollment representative & he was fantastic! Very patient, understanding & helpful with all my questions. I don't know what else you could do to inform people who are wondering how all of this works. I have never been enrolled in something like this. Having only used insurance in the past & having ok experiences with that, am excited to see how this all works. Thank you for letting me become a member.
