Easy to start and stop coverage as needed. Their mission is really a nice concept and something I enjoy participating in. There were some headaches when I needed to make a claim for emergency surgery but in the end they did come through and cover the costs as promised.
The agent I spoke to when I wanted to restart coverage was wonderful; very helpful and friendly and made me feel like I matter. The hold times to speak with someone also seem to have gotten a bit shorter.
